01 Definitions and Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mbi23 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by mbi23 ("Platform") to registered members ("You" or "Member"). In this document:

• "Platform" refers to the mbi23.pro website and the mbi23 mobile app available for Android and iOS.
• "Services" covers all games, betting, promotions, and other features available through the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered by a Member to access the Services.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited into a Member's Account for the purpose of gameplay.
• "Wins" refers to any funds earned by a Member through legitimate gaming activity on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all Platform users without exception. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the mbi23 Platform.

02 Member Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the mbi23 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or prohibited from gambling by any relevant authority.
• Registering using true, accurate, and current personal information.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

Mbi23 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time and may request identity verification documents (KYC), including national ID, bank statements, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the mbi23 Platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all available funds.

03 User Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This responsibility includes:

• Ensure your username and password are kept secure and never shared with anyone.
• Notify mbi23 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your personal information is always up to date and accurate.
• Not allowing anyone else to use your account for any reason.

Mbi23 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If anyone claims to represent mbi23 and requests your password, please report the incident to our security team immediately.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administration fee. mbi23 will provide advance notice before applying any charges to inactive accounts.

04 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Mbi23 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE by Maybank, direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed automatically and instantly.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name.
• Mbi23 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming account.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within less than one hour for approved requests.
• Members must complete the identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or payment method registered under the Member's name.
• Mbi23 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Conditions

Mbi23 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and eligibility limits for each promotion are clearly stated on the respective promotion page.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time.
• Each member is eligible to receive each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Mbi23 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus amounts that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Mbi23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any changes will be displayed on the promotions page and communicated to affected members.

06 Game Rules and Integrity

All games offered on the mbi23 Platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by an accredited third party, ensuring every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Players must comply with the following rules during gameplay:

• Using only one account at any given time while playing.
• Not using any automation software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes.
• Not engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or game manipulation.
• Not exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform — any bugs discovered must be reported to mbi23 immediately.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the mbi23 server system result is final. Game logs are retained and may be referenced for dispute resolution purposes within 90 days of the game date.

07 Accepted Member Conduct

Mbi23 is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward other members or mbi23 staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the Platform.
• Involvement in any illegal activity including money laundering.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Mbi23 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any member who violates these terms, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

Mbi23 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy mbi23, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering at mbi23, you agree that mbi23 may:

• Collecting and processing your personal data for identity verification and legal compliance purposes.
• Using your data to improve the user experience and personalise platform content.
• Sharing your data with third parties required to process financial transactions, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
• Retaining your data for the period required by law or legitimate operational needs.

All member data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. mbi23 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Mbi23 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Upon request by relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• If a member is found to be under 18 years of age.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mbi23 support team. Any valid funds remaining in the account will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, once all withdrawal conditions have been met and any required investigations are completed.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mbi23 reserves the right to withhold any funds in that account linked to fraudulent activity until the investigation is concluded.

10 Responsible Gaming Commitment

Mbi23 takes responsible gaming and member well-being seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help members manage their gaming habits:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set your own maximum deposit limit to control your spending.
• Play Time Limit: Limit the amount of time you can spend on the Platform each day.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to sustain within a given period.
• Temporary Break: Take a break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to self-exclude from the Platform for an extended period if needed.

11 Platform Liability Limits

Mbi23 strives to keep the Platform running without interruption at all times. However, mbi23 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or events beyond the Platform's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of login credentials by a third party that are not caused by mbi23's negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.
• Internet connection issues or device problems experienced by the Member when accessing the Platform.

Mbi23's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.

12 Terms Amendment and General Provisions

Mbi23 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties will be referred to a competent arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.

The Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms is the official version. In the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
